Academic profile: B. Fine Arts (Honours) (1973), Rhodes University. Majored in Painting.
Studied under Prof Brian Bradshaw, Prof Rob Brooks, Tom Mathews, Joss Nel and Neil Rodgers.

Diane is married with two grown up sons. Pierre, Diane’s husband is a forester and they have been lucky to have lived in some of the most beautiful parts of the country including Mpumalanga, Southern KwaZulu-Natal and now in Somerset West.

Public collections include Nelspruit Municipal Gallery and the Borough of Margate in South Africa. A number of works have been incorporated into international private collections and collections throughout South Africa. Diane has also illustrated a number of books, annual reports and technical papers.
